The Creative-Problem Solving Process

Albert Einstein observed that, “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”

The Creative Problem-Solving Process is an approach to solving problems in an innovative way by employing creativity in coming up with solutions that deliver value or improve a situation.
